We’re so thrilled to again emerge as a leader in the latest G2 ratings for Q2 2024. Customers singled us out for recognition in mobile marketing, marketing automation, customer loyalty, transactional emails, marketing analytics, and much more.

An Overview

In Q2, Emarsys was featured in over 315 reports, earning 46 badges, 4 of those being leader badges. We were mentioned in 10 new reports and awarded 18+ new badges we hadn’t earned previously. Our focus on innovation and staying on the cutting edge of our industry was noted by our customers, and we’re delighted. One reviewer summed it up by saying: 

“I think Emarsys is a very smart tool for marketing automation, and what is most important is that it’s really easy to use.” 

One of our mandates is creating not just a comprehensive tool, but also one that customers can use readily and without a lot of ramp-up time, and we’re glad when customers note our ease of use.

We again were rated first in location-based marketing. With our comprehensive geolocation tools, we make it possible for marketers to create location-based campaigns, allowing them to tailor offers to in-store visitors and those who exhibit location-specific shopping habits and behaviors. Marketers once again took note of our robust capabilities in this field by making us first among tools which offer location-based marketing. 

SMS Marketing

With a majority of retail visits now happening on mobile, SMS marketing presents brands with important opportunities and a high-engagement way to deliver their marketing messages to users. The Emarsys platform’s strength in facilitating SMS marketing has been widely acknowledged in G2 ratings throughout the years, and in this recent quarter the trend continues.

We are now ranked among the top marketing platforms reviewed on G2, and we’re thrilled! Emarsys helps customers easily deploy integrated campaigns with a true omnichannel marketing automation platform which helps customers execute omnichannel campaigns. Our comprehensive solution makes it easy to integrate data, set up messaging across channels, and deploy personalized campaigns at scale. In this G2 report, we again were well-reviewed by businesses of all sizes. In the Q2 2024 G2 ratings, this recognition continues to underscore our commitment to providing scalable solutions that work for the needs and goals of organizations of various sizes, from small businesses, to mid-market brands, and, increasingly, to large enterprises. We continue to work to offer the kinds of scalable tools that help businesses thrive and grow.

One G2 reviewer titled their review of Emarsys, “This is the future of marketing!” We are gratified by the sentiment, and are serious about our mission to stay on the cusp of marketing innovation. We saw significant strides in our ratings in a variety of categories. For instance, we zoomed up the list of companies in the categories of Mobile Marketing, SMS Marketing, and in the Marketing Platforms category. We significantly increased our standing in the Americas Report for Marketing Analytics, while retaining our #1 spot on the location-based marketing rankings.
