For this round of reviews, we were delighted to be recognized as a frontrunner in several of the categories that mean the most to us, including personalization engine, e-commerce personalization, transactional emails, customer journey analytics, loyalty management, and SMS marketing, among others.

The Overview

In Q4, Emarsys was featured in over 318 reports. We earned more than 40 badges, 31 of which are leader badges. Once again, we were recognized as a leader in enterprise, mid-market, and small business marketing, which exemplifies the range of out platform. We were mentioned in 26 new reports. Our focus on serving our users well was noted by our customers, which is confirmation that our work to listen and continuously upgrade our platform pays off! 

Let’s look at some of the areas in which Emarsys earned praise:

Ease of Use

A common thread in the feedback we received this quarter was about the ease of use of our platform. One user stated, “It is definitely an intuitive and user-friendly platform. Setting up email campaigns and crafting intricate automation flows feels far easier than other platforms used previously, allowing us to focus more on strategy and creativity rather than getting bogged down in technicalities.” Another’s review included the line, “Quick implementation, easy integration with ecommerce solution and intuitive user experience.” Here at Emarsys, we strive to make the tools that allow marketers to work their magic with the least amount of friction and effort. We listen to our customers to make sure we’re reducing roadblocks to marketing success wherever possible. 

Ease of Implementation

No matter how useful a tool is, if implementation is complicated or not intuitive, it likely won’t get widely adopted into a business. That’s why we were especially gratified to find that the highest user adoption badges Emarsys received suggest admins love our product and that a large base of their users have implemented Emarsys easily. We credit our entire staff, of course, and especially our global implementation team. They consistently get high marks from customers, both in the easy adoption reported in these G2 reviews, as well as in our own customer reviews. The ease with which our platform can be introduced to a customer’s marketing mix is also reiterated by the fact that we earned an “easiest to do business with” badge. 

Some highlights from this latest batch of G2 reviews include: “Quick implementation, easy integration with ecommerce solution and intuitive user experience.” We were especially pleased to read this direct shout-out for our hard-working implementation team: “The dedicated implementation team allowed for a smooth transition from our old platform and they were a pleasure to work with.” This is just one of the reasons we love our customers!

As Alexander Jahn, our implementation director for the EMEA region explains, “With a track record of numerous successful onboardings, our team of implementation experts plays a pivotal role in assisting clients in deploying their data with utmost efficiency and effectiveness. Our commitment extends beyond mere deployment; we focus on optimizing data utilization across diverse use-cases to enhance personalization and foster customer loyalty, and achieve optimal business outcomes.” Our implementation team is working hard to onboard clients successfully, and we love seeing their work pay off in recognition from customers.

E-commerce Personalization

Personalization is crucial in today’s saturated information ecosystem. With so many messages and vendors to choose from, how a user decides which companies to do business with depends heavily on which ones they feel “get” them, and that requires savvy personalization. The Emarsys platform is built on ensuring clients can give their customers intuitive, personalized experiences that help them feel seen and valued. Nowhere is our customer focus more apparent than in the ways we facilitate for e-commerce personalization. As this customer put it: “What’s truly impressive is the level of detail we can achieve with segmentation. It has enabled us to create hyper-targeted campaigns that resonate on a personal level.”

Personalization is the future (and the present!) of good marketing. We continue to improve our platform by leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning so that our customers can deliver tailored experiences at scale. This includes offering the ability to make product recommendations dynamically based on a customer’s browsing and purchasing history, personalized content, and more. When brands engage their customers this way, they achieve higher conversion rates and increased customer loyalty. With how critical personalization is to this process, we were delighted to emerge as a leader in this quarter’s G2 ratings for e-commerce personalization.

In this G2 report, we again were ranked high with businesses of a variety of sizes. In the Q4 2023 G2 ratings, this recognition showcases our commitment to providing tailored solutions that work for the goals and systems of a wide range of organizations. We continue our commitment to adding value across all market segments.

We Strive to Keep Improving

We watch customer reviews, including those on G2, closely. This is because, for us, there’s no better marker of how we’re doing than the feedback we receive from customers. We aim to be a driving force in the marketing technology space, and with the breakneck speed of innovation, we know we’ve got to keep working and innovating to stay ahead of the curve. It feels good to see customers taking note, as this one did: “The platform’s commitment to staying ahead of the curve is evident in its consistent innovation. Features like Mobile Wallet and AI have expanded our capabilities, and the options for personalization and campaign visualization are also worth noting.”
