FFC Verification is a structured evaluation process by which a certified analyst reviews claims and proof points for pre-defined features and capabilities important to an e-commerce website and business.  In passing the FitForCommerce Verified evaluation process, Emarsys has received a “seal” of approval on ecommerceknowhow.com, a comprehensive directory of solutions providers.

Over the summer months, an FFC Analyst visited the Emarsys office in Indianapolis and conducted a rigorous evaluation of our Marketing Automation platform. The evaluation focused on the features of the solution, and included a pre-defined checklist of capabilities as well as a full product demonstration. Emarsys passed the evaluation, and is now officially FFC Verified as a marketing automation provider for the next year.

FitForCommerce works with retail businesses as well as e-commerce solutions providers, helping retailers to improve operations and find their “best fit” technology solutions.

In the e-commerce space, retailers are always looking for third party validation of their options. In this way, being FitForCommerce Verified can be seen as a sort of ISO certification. By setting a “standard” in verifying a set of industry defined features and criteria, end users have an expert Third Party “authority” to help them make informed and knowledgeable decisions when evaluating and ultimately selecting a provider and their solution offering.

Ohad Hecht, CEO at Emarsys said: “In an ever more crowded vendor landscape, certification is becoming more and more important as a way to distinguish great companies from merely good ones. In order to be a great company, you have to leave no doubt in clients’ or customers’ minds that your organization is the right one to work with. You have to put in the extra work to stay competitive and sometimes you go out and earn certifications that verify these credentials independently.”
