Integration of account and contact data with SAP Sales Cloud
Contacts with an account relation in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) are synchronized with contacts in Emarsys. Account information is also transferred to the company section of the contact.
Send emails on behalf of sales employees
For each contact the default sales employee (main responsible) is determined and used for the personalization data. In an email campaign, marketers can use these new tokens in the basic fields (e.g. send from email address) or the main content (e.g. for a business signature)
Sales Campaign: Review email campaigns by sales employees
Email campaigns (including on-behalf personalization) can be enhanced to include a review by all relevant sales employees (Sales campaign). After sending the campaign for review each involved sales employee receives a campaign review.
