Mobile Wallet in Interactions (Pilot)
Mobile Wallet passes can now be updated and triggered in real-time through Interactions. For example, a recent purchase could trigger a loyalty tier upgrade notification, delivering a message with exclusive benefits directly to your customer’s lock screen.

Campaign-level reporting for LINE is also fully integrated into Campaign Analytics for complete visibility into engagement.

Account Engagement: Extensibility for Segmentation
B2B marketers can now enrich Account Engagement by incorporating custom API data directly into the Account Factsheet and Account–based Segmentation. With these enhancements, you can add fields such as employee size, revenue bands, region, or technology stack, and use them to refine targeting. For example, you might segment accounts with 100-999 employees in the manufacturing industry and prioritize those located in North America. Combining these customer attributes with existing engagement and behavioral data allows you to build more precise segments that align with sales priorities and deliver campaigns with greater relevance and impact.
Product Catalog API (Pilot)
We’ve expanded the Product Catalog API to support Predict and Smart Insight customers. With faster, incremental updates, brands with large or frequently changing catalogs can ensure marketing campaigns always use the latest product data, which is especially important during peak buying seasons.
Engagement Events: Interactions Entry Node (Pilot)
Engagement Events now include a dedicated entry node within Interactions, making initiating customer journeys directly from real-time event data easier—without relying on custom pub/sub configurations. This enhancement gives marketers more flexibility to act on specific triggers, such as a loyalty tier upgrade, a subscription renewal, or a contract milestone. For example, when a buyer moves from Silver to Gold status, the entry node can immediately launch a tailored journey that delivers an exclusive discount, adds the customer to a VIP nurture track, and updates their profile across connected systems. The new entry node works seamlessly with decision and wait nodes, allowing you to branch experiences and personalize follow-ups based on engagement.
