Omnichannel Content That Converts

Consistency and speed are key to omnichannel success. That’s why we’ve added to our prebuilt Omnichannel Content Blocks flexible, reusable assets tailored for Web Channel campaigns. These blocks simplify content creation, ensure brand consistency, and reduce time-to-launch.

Additionally, we further streamlined your email campaign management experience. The Email Campaign List page now includes the Campaign Launch Monitoring tab with a refreshed look, and the redesigned Results summary page is accessible via the reporting icon.

Intelligent Mobile Engagement with Wallet Passes & Event-Based Automation

Mobile Wallet passes for event-based automations (formerly known as Interactions) are now fully live. Whether it’s alerting a customer about a loyalty tier upgrade or sending a real-time purchase confirmation, these updates help you meet customers in the moment with timely triggered notifications.

We’ve added message deletion functionality and Conversational Channel data views to Open Data, giving you more visibility into WhatsApp and LINE performance and the ability to remove underperforming or aged-out content. Plus, early adopters can now create card messages with interactive buttons—perfect for surveys or guided experiences.

AI That Supports Your Success

The AI-assisted Report Builder is now generally available, making it easier to generate custom reports, make comparisons and uncover campaign and customer insights instantly. We’ve also enhanced Campaign Analytics with a redesigned interface, a 13-month comparison range, and streamlined exports.

For product-focused campaigns, our AI-assisted Product Finder now supports API-loaded product data, enabling natural language queries for dynamic content, such as price drops or top sellers, with more timely and accurate data. Join our pilot program to try it out!

We’re expanding our predictive segmentation capabilities with a new Mobile Push engagement template. Now you can target contacts likely to engage via Mobile Push, Email, or Web—all powered by AI. This marks our next step towards expanding our predictive segmentation capabilities, with additional channels coming soon. Mobile Push customers should join this exciting pilot program.

Extensibility & Integration: More Data, More Possibilities

Our Standard Sales Data API is now generally available, enabling seamless onboarding of offline and online sales data for activation and measurement. Using the Sales Data Segmentation, you can build dynamic segments on data points such as refunds and local transaction currency, to enhance targeting and personalization.

Customers utilizing the Standard Sales Data API can also use the data feeds in the AI-assisted Product Finder. For example, search for the most-purchased product under €200 and insert that product into your email campaign using its popularity to boost sales.

Engagement Events are now accessible to everyone. The API and self-service interface simplify integration between external systems and SAP Emarsys, enabling the real-time recognition and use of event data for automation, segmentation, personalization and analytics. We’ve also improved how event type statuses are handled with new versioning logic. You can now edit and test these events at any time, even after activation.

Using the Engagement Events Segmentation, you can have multiple event types in a single segment, refining criteria with frequency, AND/OR operators, and dropdowns for attributes. These enhancements increase flexibility and precision.

Finally, Engagement Events and SAP Commerce Cloud Integration facilitate the seamless transfer of customer engagement data, such as cart updates or purchases, from SAP Commerce Cloud to SAP Emarsys. Once the connection is configured, you can utilize this data to automate near-real-time communications and monitor or troubleshoot events via the Integration Monitor.

These updates help marketers connect the dots between sales, behavior, and engagement—unlocking new automation and targeting opportunities. Fressnapf has done a great job consolidating customer data from online and offline channels to create more personalized experiences.

We’ve added Italian language support to the SAP Emarsys interface and launched Asset Tagging in Segmentation (pilot), making it easier to organize and find the right audience segments for your campaigns.

Email execution and deliverability have been bolstered through a unified campaign management experience, enhanced monitoring, and upgraded MTA infrastructure with improved alerting. Additional upgrades support mobile deliverability, which continues to grow in popularity, plus streamlined personalization, segmentation and automation performance. Together, these enhancements help brands confidently deliver high-volume, high-impact customer engagements when it matters most.
