Rebrand and Move Platforms in Limited Time

Shape Republic – a fitness and nutrition e-commerce business created to help women feel great in their own bodies – has grown quickly by selling its products direct-to-consumer (DTC).

The brand wanted to move from Magento to Shopify Plus while keeping Emarsys as their customer engagement platform. Only two months were allotted to complete the migration of all customer data, products, and platforms, along with a review of their data structure and processes.  

Automated Omnichannel Customer Journeys

Within a day, the Shopify Plus plug-in activated and synced all of Shape Republic’s e-commerce data. The brand gained access to a deeper knowledge of its customers through a fully integrated CEP within the Emarsys platform. 

After two months, Shape Republic was able to launch six omnichannel customer journeys, without IT dependencies, and the company can now quickly personalize their website communications and launch more automations without the need for additional resources.
